Hello:) does anyone know any advanced boxing conditioning workouts? Using only bodyweight, also should i be working my abs seperately to this or include it in a workout programme whilst excercising other muscles e.g. Push ups, pull ups,sit ups? Any advanced boxing bodyweight conditioning workouts would be appreciated:) thank you
